ALEX ll –Manual sewing machine for cross seams and closing of garden cushions.

Automatic lock stitch machine with 100cm arm length. Max. pre-set seam length 60cm  and min. 8cm. Two different seam lengths can be set. Suitable for thickness up to approx. 15cm.

OPERATION:

• The cushion is positioned by the operator who starts the automatic sewing.
• The pre-set seam lengths are chosen with buttons.
• High speed sewing, approx. 12s for a full length seam including cutting.
• The sewing head is moving while the cushion remains in position. This allows quick and easy feeding.
