Styrteknik makes special versions of tufting machines for sewing in glass fibre and carbon fibre using special threads of Kevlar or glass fibre. Insulation jackets for hot water tubes and valves needs insulation that stays in place over time
The composite industry must inforce the core by sewing different layers of wowen fibres together. Styrteknik can sew either continous or tufted in points.
The machines can be adapted to sew in thick insulation jackets or multilayer of glassfibre for composite materials
